Hans Henrik Lund, Chairman of the Board
Hans Henrik Lund is currently Director of Søndagsavisen a-s’ Media-Online activities and has board positions with Royal Copenhagen A/S and Traen Informationssystemer A/S.
Previously Hans Henrik Lund served as CEO for GN Netcom, COO for Invacare Inc. and has a 10 year long career with Danfoss A/S in different positions.
Hans Henrik Lund has a M.Sc. and a Ph.D. form Aalborg University and a MBA in Organization & Leadership form Aarhus School of Business.

Johan Siberg, Deputy Chairman of the Board
Johan Siberg served in various executive positions at Ericsson. From 1994 to 1998 he was president of the Ericsson mobile division. Mr. Siberg retired in 2002, and since then has been engaged as non-executive director/chairman of various international companies.

Hans G. Schreck, General Partner TVM
Hans G. Schreck joined TVM in September 1999 in the IT and communications field. Prior to joining TVM, Hans Schreck was a founding member and Vice President of Mustang Ventures, the corporate venture resource of Siemens' Information and Communication Networks group. During his career with Siemens he was also a Director of Product Planning and Technical Sales for Transport Network Elements.

Jacques Le Berre, Marketing & Sales Director, NXP Semiconductors
Jacques is a seasoned technology industry professional who has undertaken a variety of roles within the wider Philips organisation during a 20 year career. During the last 8 years he has specialised in senior Sales and Marketing roles with in the Automotive Lighting and Solid State Lighting industries. In his present role as Sales and Marketing Director of the Solid State Lighting unit with NXP Semiconductors, Jacques is responsible for creating the SSL business unit and developing and executing the strategy to bring NXP’s range of SSL products and components to market.

Jimmy Fussing Nielsen, Managing Partner, Sunstone Capital
Jimmy joined the Sunstone team in 2002. His investment focus areas at Sunstone include telecom, optical communications, and component companies.
Jimmy brings to Sunstone a combination of start-up and investment experience spanning more than 15 years in Denmark and Germany.
His background includes experience from investment management and start-up activities.
