Christian Tang-Jespersen, CEO & President
Christian Tang-Jespersen (Master of Laws, Copenhagen University and
Université Libre de Bruxelles) started his carrier as
attorney-at-law with focus on M&A and since 1999 worked in commercial
business management. Christian has a proven track record in high growth
business with hands-on management: completely involved in all functions of
the operations, including development phase, project work, supply chain and
manufacturing from companies like GN and Jabra. Further, Christian has
significant experience in strategic business development, and has a record
of success with global FMCGs and in emerging markets. He joined Hymite in
August 2008.
Sten Larsen, M.Sc., CFO
Proven restructuring and turnaround expertise and track record e.g. in NetTest A/S.
Extensive CFO experience at Northcap Partners, and IVS A/S.
Experience as private equity / venture capital investor combined with extensive operational experience.
Sten was from 2005-2008 observer on Hymite's Board of Directors.
Richard Weiss, B.S., EVP Business Development
10+ years of senior management experience in Optical Communications, Networking and High Power LED businesses.
Experienced in the successful development of technology based businesses.
VP Business Development for Philips Lumileds leading new business creation and strategic marketing efforts for high power led-based emitters and systems. Led the Digital Imaging (DI) Business at Philips Lumileds (high power flash for handsets) growing revenues over 50% while shipping over 100 million Luxeon Flash to handset vendors worldwide.
Jochen Kuhmann, CTO and Founder
Jochen Kuhmann (Ph.D.) conceived and set the vision for Hymite. He has been a leading technical contributor at two premier research centers, Heinrich-Hertz-Institut for Nachrichtentechnik (HHI) and Mikroelektronik Centret (MIC), writing more than 30 technical publications and receiving several patents on packaging of optical and Microelectromechanical Microsystems (MEMS). Mr. Kuhmann founded Hymite in October 2000 and has served as CTO since that time.

Matthias Heschel, VP Engineering and Co-founder
Matthias Heschel (Ph.D.) is the author of more than 25 technical publications and patents. His work on multiple electrical feed-through technologies played a key role in the commercialization of a high-volume microsystems product based on 3D silicon microfabrication technologies. Within the MEMS community Dr. Heschel is internationally recognized for his pioneering work on electrodepositable photoresists. Matthias Heschel joined Hymite as VP of engineering in 2001.
Henrik Norgreen, VP Operations
Henrik Norgreen (M.Sc.) has a extensive experience in establishing and managing outsourcing partners in Asia for high volume production of consumer electronics. 10 years with GN Netcom, serving as Director Global Industrialization and Technology, OEM Project Director and Project Director.
Josef M. Kiermeier, VP Sales and Marketing
Josef M. Kiermeier is a specialist for International Sales & Marketing in the field of Electronic Packaging. Prior to joining Hymite, Joe Kiermeier served as director of sales and business development for the Electronic Packaging Business Unit of Schott AG in Asia, where he recruited and led the sales team, implemented company strategy and coordinated business development. He holds an MBA from University of Applied Sciences at Landshut, Germany. Mr. Kiermeier joined Hymite in January 2008.
